建有企業研究院，研究方向包括成纖聚合物功能改性、高功能單絲成形技術及產品應用、設備工程與智能制造。建有測試分析中心、材料改性中心、單絲成形技術中心、設備工程實驗室，以及相應的中試車間。研究院為省工程技術研究中心、省企業技術中心、省工程研究中心。

NTEC own research institute has been established, whose research fields include functional modification of fiber polymer and high function monofilament forming technology. Products application, engineering equipment and automatic manufacturing also have been integrated into it.The institute contains a testing and analysis center, a material modification center,a monofilament forming tech center , an engineering equipment lab and a medium-sized testing workshop. The institute has been recognized as  Provincial Grade Engineering Technology Research Center, Provincial Grade Enterprise's Technology Center, and Provincial Grade Engineering Research Center by the government.
